St Philip's Cathedral in Birmingham, United Kingdom, is an exquisite example of English Baroque architecture. Originally built as a parish church in 1715, it was designed by the renowned architect Thomas Archer. In 1905, it was elevated to cathedral status, becoming the seat of the Bishop of Birmingham. The cathedral is renowned for its beautiful stained glass windows created by the eminent artist Edward Burne-Jones, a Birmingham native. These windows depict scenes of the Ascension, the Last Judgment, the Nativity, and the Crucifixion, adding a touch of artistic splendor to the historic building.
