Su Nuraxi in Barumini, Italy, is a UNESCO World Heritage site that represents one of the most well-preserved examples of the ancient Nuragic civilization. This archaeological complex dates back to the Bronze Age, roughly between the 16th and 13th centuries BCE. It features a central tower, known as a nuraghe, surrounded by a complex of additional towers, defensive walls, and a labyrinth of interconnected corridors and chambers.
