T. R. Pugh Memorial Park, commonly known as the Old Mill, is a scenic public park located in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Renowned for its picturesque setting, the park features a re-creation of an 1880s water-powered grist mill, which gained fame for being featured in the opening scenes of the classic 1939 film "Gone with the Wind."
