Tampere Cathedral, located in Tampere, Finland, is a significant example of Finnish national romantic architecture. Designed by architect Lars Sonck and completed in 1907, the cathedral is renowned for its distinctive features and artworks. Inside, the cathedral houses notable frescoes by the Finnish symbolist painter Hugo Simberg, including "The Garden of Death" and the striking "Wounded Angel." Another prominent feature is the altarpiece, "The Resurrection," by Magnus Enckell.
