The Wilds in Ohio, USA, is a premier conservation center that spans nearly 10,000 acres of reclaimed mining land. Established with the goal of advancing the conservation of endangered species, it provides a unique safari-like experience where visitors can observe a variety of animals, including rhinos, giraffes, and cheetahs, in expansive, naturalistic environments. The Wilds also serves as a research and educational facility, partnering with scientists and students to promote wildlife conservation and ecological sustainability.
