Torre dell'Elefante is a historic medieval tower located in Cagliari, Italy. Constructed in 1307 by the architect Giovanni Capula, it is one of the city's most iconic landmarks. The tower was originally built for defensive purposes and later served various roles, including a prison. It is named after the small marble elephant statue embedded in its facade. Standing at approximately 31 meters tall, the tower offers panoramic views of Cagliari and the surrounding area.
