Tsodilo in Botswana is a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its remarkable rock art and archaeological significance. Located in the Kalahari Desert, Tsodilo is home to over 4,500 rock paintings, some of which date back thousands of years. These artworks, created by the San people, depict a variety of scenes, including animals, human figures, and geometric shapes. The area is considered sacred by the local communities and is often referred to as the "Louvre of the Desert" due to its cultural and historical importance.
