Tunnel Beach in Dunedin, New Zealand, is a stunning coastal destination known for its dramatic sandstone cliffs, sea-carved rock arches, and secluded beach accessible through a man-made tunnel. The tunnel, which gives the beach its name, was hand-carved in the 1870s by John Cargill to provide his family with a private retreat.
