Washington Park in Portland, Oregon, is a sprawling urban park known for its diverse attractions and natural beauty. It spans over 410 acres and offers a variety of activities and sights, including the renowned International Rose Test Garden, which features over 10,000 rose bushes and stunning views of the city skyline. The park is also home to the Portland Japanese Garden, considered one of the most authentic Japanese gardens outside of Japan, and the Oregon Zoo, which houses numerous exotic and native animals. Additionally, visitors can explore the Hoyt Arboretum, which boasts over 2,000 species of trees and plants, as well as miles of hiking trails, picnic areas, and playgrounds.
