The Whirlpool Aero Car is a historic cable car attraction that offers breathtaking views of the natural Whirlpool Rapids located in the Niagara Gorge, just downstream from Niagara Falls in Canada. Designed by Spanish engineer Leonardo Torres Quevedo, the Aero Car has been in operation since 1916. Suspended from six sturdy cables, it traverses a 1,770-foot (approximately 540 meters) span across the Niagara River, providing passengers with a unique and thrilling perspective of the swirling waters below.
