The Wooden Articular Church of Hronsek in Hronsek, Slovakia, is a remarkable example of 18th-century wooden ecclesiastical architecture. Constructed between 1725 and 1726, the church was built in accordance with strict conditions imposed by the Habsburg Monarchy, which dictated that it had to be completed within a year, without the use of metal nails, and situated without a tower or bells. Despite these constraints, the church is notable for its unique construction, blending Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque styles. It features a wooden structure assembled from oak and fir wood, with a capacity to hold up to 1,100 worshippers. The interior is adorned with intricate woodwork and a richly decorated altar.
