The Zamora de Hidalgo Cathedral, also known as the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, is an impressive neo-Gothic structure located in Zamora, Michoacán, Mexico. Construction began in 1898 but was halted during the Mexican Revolution and subsequent periods of political and social upheaval. It wasn't until the late 20th and early 21st centuries that significant progress was made, leading to its completion. The cathedral boasts a stunning facade with intricate stone carvings and towering spires that dominate the skyline. Inside, visitors can admire beautiful stained glass windows, elegant arches, and a tranquil atmosphere ideal for reflection and prayer.
