Žiča is a significant Serbian Orthodox monastery located near Kraljevo in Serbia. Founded in the early 13th century by the first King of Serbia, Stefan the First-Crowned, and his brother Saint Sava, it holds immense historical and cultural importance. The monastery is renowned for its distinctive red facade and its role as the first coronation site for Serbian kings. Its architecture is a fine example of the Raška school, blending Byzantine and Romanesque influences.
