However, if you're planning to visit the higher altitudes, like the Copper Canyon, temperatures can be more moderate. Summer is also the rainy season, so be prepared for occasional showers, especially in July and August.

Autumn (September to November): Autumn brings cooler temperatures, making it another good time for outdoor activities and exploring without the summer heat. The fall foliage in certain areas, particularly in higher elevations, can be quite picturesque.

Winter (December to February): Winter in Chihuahua can get cold, especially in higher elevations. However, it's a great time to visit if you're interested in seeing the Copper Canyon and surrounding areas covered in snow. It's also a quieter time for tourism.
