Kolossi Castle is a well-preserved medieval fortress located in the village of Kolossi, near Limassol in Cyprus. Originally constructed in the 13th century by the Knights of the Order of St. John of Jerusalem, the castle served as a commandery for the Crusaders. It is notable for its robust architecture and strategic importance, having played a key role in the production and storage of sugar and wine, including the famous Commandaria wine.
