Hot Season (March to May): These months mark the onset of the hot season in Eritrea. Temperatures rise significantly, and it can be very hot and dry, especially in the lowland areas. Travel during this time can be challenging due to the intense heat.

Rainy Season (June to September): Eritrea experiences a brief wet season with sporadic and limited rainfall. The landscape becomes greener, but travel might still be feasible. This season is generally less hot compared to the preceding months.
