Old Goa

Winter (November to February): This is the peak tourist season in Goa. Winters are mild and comfortable, with daytime temperatures ranging from 20-30°C (68-86°F) and cooler nights. The weather is dry and perfect for beach activities and sightseeing.

Pre-Monsoon (March to May): Temperatures start rising as Goa transitions to the hotter season. Daytime temperatures can reach around 35°C (95°F) or higher, and it becomes increasingly humid towards May. This period also sees fewer tourists.

Monsoon (June to September): The monsoon season in Goa brings heavy rainfall and strong winds. The region becomes lush and green, but many beach shacks and water-based activities close during this time due to rough seas and heavy rains.

Post-Monsoon (October): October marks the transition period between the monsoon and the peak tourist season. The weather gradually becomes more pleasant, with decreasing rainfall and the reopening of tourist facilities.
