Walvis Bay

Dry Season (May to October): This is considered the best time to visit most of Namibia. The weather is cooler, and wildlife congregates around water sources, making it ideal for safaris. The months of June to August are particularly popular due to mild temperatures and clear skies. However, these months can be quite busy with tourists.

Rainy Season (November to April): This period is the wetter, green season in Namibia. It's an excellent time for bird watching and seeing the desert come to life with blooming flowers. The later months in this season can be very hot. Some remote areas may become inaccessible due to flooding.

Coastal Areas: The coastal areas of Namibia, including Swakopmund and Walvis Bay, have a milder climate than the interior. These areas are great to visit year-round, but it can be quite foggy and cool in the mornings, especially from June to November.
